Sheffield based Gunson Repair Services Ltd is a well-known gardening supplier selling a fantastic range of equipment and lawnmowers.

Our history

In 1945 the business was opened by scissor grinder Frederick Walter Gunson as F.W. Gunson He was assisted by his wife Nelly, opening the business on Gell street in Sheffield. In 1984 the premises moved to Owlerton Green, Hillsborough, Sheffield where we remain today.

We are still running our family-run business today, continuing our long tradition of exceptional service for gardeners across our local area.

 Today

Today Gunson Repair Services Ltd is based on Owlerton Green road in Sheffield. We are open 6-days a week, continuing to serve the families of many customers whose parents shopped with us many years ago. We have moved with the times as well though, now opening our online store where you can choose from our fantastic range of garden lawnmowers and equipment. You’re always guaranteed a warm welcome in our shop, so why not call in and see us?
